1. Can I change my order after placing an order?

We’ll do our best to help you with any changes in your order prior to order fulfilment. Send us an email as soon as possible at hello@trybeactive.sg should you require any changes to be made.

Changes can only be made if:

1) The desired items are still available on the website.

2) You ordered the wrong size and would like to change it. You may not be able to change the colour variant of the item you ordered.

3) You have provided the incorrect delivery or contact details.


2. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any online orders once they have been placed. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy.


3. Can I purchase a gift card?

Absolutely! Gift cards are sent via email to the email address provided at checkout.


4. How do I get 5% off my first purchase?

Sign up for our mailing list to receive your discount code and be the first to hear about our new arrivals! 


5. I forgot to apply my discount code, can I apply it now?

Sorry, we are unable to reimburse or refund the amount to you once you have checked out from your cart. Please make sure to enter your code at the checkout :)

  1. Will my return shipping be reimbursed?

Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser. For faulty or damaged products, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will reimburse your the postal costs. Trybe will not take responsibility for any orders lost in transit.

  1. Can I combine two promotion codes in one order?

Promotion codes are valid for the specified time period only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. One-time use promotions, e.g. gift vouchers, must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Promotions cannot be applied to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted. Promotions where you receive a reduction on the second item will be applied at checkout on the lower priced item. Trybe, at its sole discretion, retains the rights to extend or terminate a promotion at any time.
