Shipping
At Trybe, we prioritise getting your shopping to you in the shortest time possible.
As such, please indicate your preferred shipping address and contact details at the check-out page to facilitate this process.
For Singapore orders:
Delivery is complimentary for orders above $60, after accounting for sales and discount codes. For orders under $60, a shipping fee of $4 will be charged.
The delivery process is as below:
- Deliveries are slated for the a full-day time frame, between 9am and 10pm. Due to traffic routing and conditions, our courier is unable to commit to specific timings or time frames other than those stated on the website.
- All deliveries would be attempted within 3-5 working days from the day the Order Shipped email is dispatched to you.
- A second delivery would be made to you should you be unavailable to receive your parcel when the delivery is first attempted. Subsequently, if the delivery fails, your parcel will be sent back to our warehouse and would be checked back into our inventory system. To get your hands on the products again, please do place a new order with us.
- Our courier will be contacting you to arrange and confirm the delivery accordingly once your parcel is in their hands.
- Should the initial delivery attempt fail, please contact our delivery parter, Ninja Van, to make delivery arrangements. Our delivery partner makes up to 3 delivery attempts, including the initial attempt. Subsequent redelivery costs shall be borne by the customer.
- Our delivery partner holds onto the undelivered parcels for 3 days after the initial delivery attempt. If arrangements are not made for redelivery, parcels will be returned to Trybe. In the unfortunate event that parcels are returned to Trybe due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer shall borne all subsequent postal charges.
- If arrangements for redelivery are not made within 3 working days upon the order's return, Trybe will proceed to process the order's refund, less any shipping fees incurred.
For Malaysia orders shipped via Ninja Van:
The general delivery process is as above, subjected to customs inspection.
- All deliveries would be attempted within 4-7 working days from the day the Order Shipped email is dispatched to you.

For International orders shipped via DHL:
International delivery via DHL is complimentary for orders above $200 — including Malaysia — after accounting for sales and discount codes. For orders under $200, a shipping fee of $25 will be charged for deliveries via DHL.
